Thank you for your letter of March 16,1998, in response to our February 12,1998, letter and Notice of Violation concerning the failure to establish adequate measures to monitor the performance or condition of structures, systems, and components. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concems raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
