COMANCHE PEAK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000445/2016003 and 05000446/2016003 ERRATA

Dear Mr. Peters:

On September 30, 2016, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued NRC Inspection Report 05000445/2016003 and 05000446/2016003 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No.ML16314C026), documenting inspection activities at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant during the 3rd Quarter of Calendar Year 2016.

The purpose of this letter is to correct the meeting date referenced in Section 4OA6 of the inspection report which was closed during this quarter. The report indicated that the Exit Meeting Summary was conducted on July 7, 2016, when in fact it should have reflected September 29, 2016 as the date. The change is reflected on page 19 of the enclosed report.

No other aspects of the inspection report were revised with this change.

As described in Inspection Manual Chapter 0612, Power Reactor Inspection Reports, issued May 6, 2016, the NRC is reissuing the revised inspection report in its entirety. This report will be made available with the originally issued inspection report in the Public Electronic Reading Room (as noted below).

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding, a copy of this letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
