SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-424/85-17 AND 50-425/85-17 Thank you for your response of July 10, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on June 10, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Vogtle facility under NRC Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-108 and CPPR-109.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. With regard to the violation, we agree with your position provided in your response; therefore, the violation has been deleted from our records.
