SUBJECT: NRC EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-395/93-300 This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered examinations led by Edwin Lea during the period of May 17 to June 11, 1993.
The examinations were administered to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station. At the conclusion of the examination, the examinations and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A Simulator Facility Report is included in this report as Enclosure 2.
A copy of the written examination questions and answer key, as noted in Enclosure 3, was provided to members of your training staff at the conclusion of the examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR '!.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
