f The station maintenance activities affecting safety-related systems and components listed below were observed and documentation reviewed to ascertain that the activities were conducted in accordance with approved work authorizations (WAs), procedures, TS, and appropriate industry codes or standard . WA 01045315. On May 9, 1990, the inspector observed work in progress on Charging Pump A. The pump had been taken out of service to work -

several outstanding WAs. The work in progress was the reassembly of j the speed changer gear housing after replacement of oil seals to correct a reported oil lea The inspector reviewed the work package s to determine that it was adequate for the work being done.
