Results Of the 2 areas inspected, no items of noncompliance or deviations were identified in 1 area; 1 item of noncompliance was found in 1 area (Infraction - modification of safety related motors without approved drawings paragraph 5).

Independent Inspection Effort The inspector examined several fire extinguishers for evidence of periodic inspection.
Two extinguishers were observed to be beyond the monthly inspection period. The licensee stated that the extinguishers were not in

the required locations and therefore missed by the inspection. The item will be an inspector followup item 80-13-02, " Monthly Fire Extinguisher

Inspection". The inspector noted that in three fire hose cabinets IRF-?66, IRF970, and 1 RF971 the first section of hose appeared to be full of water.
The licensee stated that some valves Jeak. The hose appeared to be damaged by the water. The licensee has replaced the hose in the stations identified.
The item is an inspector followup item 80-13-03, " Maintenance of Hose Stations".

The drawings did not show the brackets in question, therefore, this item as an infraction 80-13-01, " Modification to Safety Related Motors Without Approved Drawings".

Activities The inspector selected ten cables f or examination to assure that the require-l ments of the SAR and QAM were completed within the areas of storage, handling,

identification, nonconformance control, issue, material traceability, drawing
and procedures control, inspection, raceway identification cable pulling pro-
cedures, raceway loading and cable terminations. The cables examined were:
2*EPQ508, 2*EQB530, 2*EPE541, 2*EPE536, 2*EPQ512, 2*EPQ514, 2*EQB524, 2*EPB529, 2*KC513 and 2*KC518.
