This letter confirms the resolution of the Fire Prevention Program issues for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, as discussed with you on July 5, 1979, by members of my staff.
The issues involved are briefly described in the attachment to this letter.
The details are included in Inspection Report No. 50-346/79-15.
We would be happy to discuss this matter further with you if you so desire.
