Thank you for your response of April 21, 1988, to our Notice of Violation issued on March 8, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your North Anna facility.

We note that your response, for record purposes, was to the non-escalated violations of the March 8 letter (EA 87-246). We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.

He will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
