SUBJECT: REPORT NO. 50-338/86-28 and 50-339/86-28 Thank you for your responses of March 2 and March 31, 1987, to our Notice of Violation, issued on January 29,_1987, concerning activities conducted at your North Anna facility. We have evaluated your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
After careful consideration of the basis for your classification of violation "A" as a Severity Level V violation, we have determined that we agree with your position and have modified our records to reflect the Severity Level V classification.
