Management Meeting The meeting was conducted on April 14, 1980 with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above.

Licensee representatives discussed the items of noncom-pliance identified during the inspection of January 28 through February 1, 1980.

NRC representatives commented on each item.

The licensee representa-tives stated that in the past they had acquiesced to inspector identified items although they did not agree with the items.

The NRC representatives stated that this is not expected nor desired.

NRC representatives discussed the previous enforcement history in regard to the two repeat items of noncompliance and previous unsubstantiated allegation.

Licensee representatives acknowledged these NRC comments.

The senior licensee representative stated that corrective action had been taken in regard to the items of noncompliance.

Additionally, the licensee stated that they would seek NRC licensing review pf the items in regard to items A and B.

The Regional Director held an exit briefing with the meeting attendees.

The meeting was summarized and a short discussion was held concerning the recent grand jury indictments against the Commonwealth Edision Company and the Quad Cities Station Superintendent and the Quad Cities Security Director.
