This routine, unannounced inspection. conducted - a ' review, of othe licensee's Physical Security Program for Power. Reactors.
Specifically, the inspector reviewed.the licensee's ' Security'.
Management, Audit, Barriers, Alarms, Assessment Aids, Maintenance Program and Compensatory Measures. L. Additionally,..the inspector reviewed the licensee's actions relative. to.= NRC Notice 88-91,

Inspector Followup Item No. 88-32-01_ and ' Employee ~ concern No.
ECP-88-39-212.
Results:
One violation was identified in the area of key control, it was
'
determined' to be a licensee-identified' violation within the definition of the NRC Enforcement Policy 'and no Notice of Violation was issued.. NRC Notice No. 88-91 is closed and ' Inspector Followup Item No. 88-32-01 remains open.
The Employee Concern was not.
regulatory in nature and was consequently closed.
