Subject: Report Nos. 50-327/82-06 and 50-328/82-05 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. E. J. Ford of this office on March 5 - April 5,1982, of activities authorized by HRC Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79 for the Sequoyah facility.
Due to an administrative oversight this inspection report was issued bearing an incorrect report number for Unit 2 (50-328/82-05). The correct report number for Unit 2 is 50-328/82-09. Consequently all sequentially numbered findings contained in this report pertinent to Unit 2 should be corrected and tracked by this revised number (50-328/82-09-xx).
