Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of nonradiological environ-mental protection including administrative controls; review of previous enforcement matters; a review of procedures; a review of biological surveil-lance program; review of special studies program; review of licensee event reports.
Inspection involved 32 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
Results: Of the six areas inspected, two apparent items of noncompliance were identified in two areas (deficiency:
quality assurance procedures (321/78-40-01, 366/78-49-01) Details I paragraph 4.a. ; inf raction:
