Areas Inspected:
Routine unannounced inspection of physical security program. Areas inspected were selected portions of 10 CFR 73.55 that were to be implemented by May 25, 1977, i :luding Security Organization, Access Controls, Testing and Maintenance, and Vehicle Control. The inspection involved 29 man-hours onsite l'y two NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the four areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in three areas, one apparent item of noncompliance was identified in one area (Infraction - failure to maintain personnel access control to a vital area, paragraph 3 (321/78-38-01; 366/78-46-01)).
