Thank you for your letter of July 1,1983, in response to our letter and Notice of Violation dated June 1, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
As a result of our review, as discussed with Mr. H. Horace during a telephone call on July 14, 1988, we determined that your response is subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21(b)(3)(1).
Please recall your July 1,1988, letter and mark it as Safeguards Information or provide an explanation as to why that is not appropriate.
