Thank you for your letter of May 13, 1988, in response to our letter of April 15, 1988. We agree that the plant areas in question were properly identified and a radiation area posting was not necessary. The portion of the violation dealing with improperly posted areas is hereby withdrawn.

We have reviewed your reply to the remainder of the Notice of Violation findings and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We wili review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
