In your response, you denied that there was a technical violation of the Crystal River Security Training and Qualification Plan. Additionally, you furnished new information regarding the qualification techniques. For the reasons presented in the enclosure to this letter, we have concluded that the violation occurred as stated in the Notice of Violatio We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. Therefore, no further response is required. We will examine the implernentation of your corrective actions during future inspection In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21, safeguards activities and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
