This unannounced physical security inspection reviewed the licensee's program with respect to:
Plan / Procedures, Security Management, Audit, Barriers and Access Controls.
In addition, NRC Notice 86-27 was reviewed and the Inspector accompanied the Safeguards Licensing Reviewer from the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards (ONMSS) on a site familiarization.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance in the six areas inspected.
