Results:

Management of the plant security program was very good, but some areas

Protected Area detection aids performed as required. However, the

accumulation of snow in the detection zones was identified as a potential problem (Section 1.2).

Installed assessment aids provide effective coverage of the detection

zones. Picture quality of the cameras and monitors was excellent (Section 1.3).

Instrumentation and controls technicians repaired or replaced security

equipment in a very timely manner. Compensatory posting was kept to a minimum because of excellent maintenance response (Section 1.4).

Security management was knowledgeable of NRC reporting requirements and
