Dear Mr. Rueger:
NRC Inspection Report 50-275/97-23; 50-323/97-23 was issued on January 26, 1998, with an error in the numbering of an inspection followup system open item. Since this error could lead to potential confusion in future correspondence, we are issuing revised inspection report pages.
Please replace page 13 of the report and page 2 of the report's attachment with the pages provided in Enclosure 1.
