Dear Mr. Ruegeer:
Thank you for your letter of November 26, 1997, in response to our October 29, 1997, letter and Notice of Violation concerning two Severity Level IVviolations. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to our concerns about the ineffective corrective action for smoke detector surveillance activities and the failure to follow a procedure involving the storage of flammable materials raised in our Notice of Violation. We willreview the implementation of your'corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
