QUALITY ASSURANCE MEETING, This refers to the meeting held with members of your staff at the Region V
office on May 29, 1991.
Subjects discussed during the meeting are sumIarized in the enclosed meeting report.
Your staff presented an overview of responsibilities of each Quality Assurance (QA) group, recent accomplishments of each group, and the initiatives underway within the QA organization aimed at enhancing performance within QA and ultimately the departments which support Diablo Canyon.
Me are encouraged by these initiatives and consider the degree of future success of the QA department to be dependent upon your support and expectations.
The increased emphasis on having QA involved in site activities should benefit your organization with early identification and timely resolution of plant problems.
