IE Bulletin 79-01B An examination was made on instrumentation and components associated with Engineered Safeguard and High Pressure Injection systems. The equipment that was examined is located inside the reactor building and is listed on licensee's response to the bulletin. The environmental qualification documentation review for this equipment will be performed during a future inspection. These items, which are similar to those shown in the example on Enclosure (2), page 2 of thebljetin, are lubricants for MOVs, epoxy sealants and cable stuffing tube connections, Bishop Biseal tape cable splices, and Raychem cable splices.
