Thank you for your letter of June 15, 1982, regarding the emergency preparedness exercise held at Pt. Beach Nuclear Plant on March 9, 1982.
We have reviewed your response to the twelve exercise deficiencies and have no further questions.
We acknowledge your comments regarding our letter of April 29, 1982. However, notwithstanding your comments, our views and concerns were expressed during the exit interview of the inspection, and they have not changed. We view your response to the March 9, 1982, exercise as marginally acceptable and management attention is required to improve your emergency exercise response.
