Inspection Summary Inspection on June 4 through 27, and July 8,1980 (Report No. 50-266/80-10; 50-301/80-10)
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection conducted by resident inspectors during the period June 4 through June 27, and July 8, 1980, of Operational Safety Verification, Licensee Event Report Followup, IE Bulletin Followup, and IE Circular Followup. The inspection involved 180 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors. An Enforcement Conference was held on July 8, 1980, to discuss the recent increase in personnel errors.
The meeting involved 12 manhours by 4 NRC representatives.

Results: Of the four areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were

identified in two areas. Two items of noncompliance were identified in one area (Infraction-RHR pumps operability impaired-Par. 3d, Infraction-ESF buses crossconnected - Par. 3a). One item of noncompliance was identified in one area (Infraction-Uncontrolled vital area access - Par 2a).
