Thank you for your letter dated February 11, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken, or plan to take, to correct the noncompliance identi-fied in our letter dated January 11, 1980. We will examine your corrective action during a subsequent inspection.
Based on a review of our records, we have determined that the item of noncompliance in Appendix A to our January 11, 1980 letter (Inspection Report No. 50-266/79-18 and No. 50-301/79-19) should have been classified as a deficiency rather than an infraction. Hence, we are enclosing a revised Appendix A to our January 11, 1980 letter for your records. We informed Mr. J. Greenwood of your staff of this change by telephone on February 5, 1980.
