Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Wisconsin Electric Power Docket No. 50-266 Company Docket No. 50-301
. Based on the inspection conducted on November 26-30, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities-were in noncompliance with NRC requirements as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
According to Technical Specification 15.4.10.1, the licensee is required as part of the Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program to analyze
-shoreline silt sample No. 5 for gross beta activity and gamma scanned semiannually.
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to conduct the required analyses of shoreline silt sample No. 5 for the second half of 1978.
