ERRATA FOR H.B. ROBINSON STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNIT 2 - NRC SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000261/2014201

Dear Mr. Glover:

This Errata corrects an omission to the cover page for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection Report 05000261/2014201, by inserting December 2, 2014, as the date of the letter. Please replace the original cover letter with this revised cover letter.

On October 24, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at your H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2. The NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Linwood Faulk, Security Manager, and other members of your staff. The inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.

NRC inspectors documented one finding of very low security significance (Green) in this report.

This finding involved a violation of NRC requirements.

If you contest this violation or the significance of this NCV, you should provide a response within 30 days of the date of this inspection report, with the basis for your denial, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN: Document Control Desk, Washington, DC 20555-0001; with copies to the Regional Administrator RII, the Director, Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response, and the Director, Office of Enforcement, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555-0001; and the NRC Resident Inspector at the H.B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant.

The finding has a cross-cutting aspect in the area of Human Performance, Consistent Process, because individuals failed to use a consistent, systematic approach to making decisions. (H.13) R. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 of the NRC's

"Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

However, the material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, the material in the enclosure will not be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the PARS component of NRC's ADAMS. If you choose to provide a response and Safeguards Information is necessary to provide an acceptable response, please provide the level of protection described in 10 CFR 73.21. Otherwise, if security-related information is necessary to provide an acceptable response, please mark your entire response Security-Related Information - Withhold from Public Disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and follow the instructions for withholding in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1). In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii), the NRC is waiving the affidavit requirements for your response.
