SUMMARY Scope: This special, announced physical security inspection entailed 16 inspector-hours on-site reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding two physical security events reported by the licensee in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.71(c).
Results:
One violation was identified relating to the failure to implement approved compensatory measures in a timely manner following a loss of security system effectiveness.
