1982, forwarding a revised response and informing us of steps you have taken to correct the violations concerning activities under your NRC Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41, brought to your attention in our letter of December 2,
1981.
We will examine your correctirve actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
Based on the additional information provided in your letters of January 11, and February 9, 1982, we agree with your discussion regarding items A4 and C.
There was no violation of code requirements.
Our records will be amended to reflect the above.
