Included review of security program audit; security organization; physical barriers (vital areas); physical barriers (protected area); lighting, access control (identification, authorization and badging);

access control (search); access control (escorting); access control (vital areas); alarm stations; detection aids; assessment aids; compensatory measures; power supply; and response.

g The inspection involved 80 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors.

Twelve inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results:

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 15 areas examined during the inspection.

The following violation was noted by the Resident Inspector during routine inspection activities in January 1981.

Failure to maintain surveillance of escorted individual.
