Inspection 50-219/79-05 This refers to your letter dated February 28, 1979, which is an update to your letter dated April 27, 1978.
Thank you for keeping us informed of your status on establishing full compliance with ANSI N45.2.9. This status will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
We have noted that your letter does not identify a date when JCP&L will be in full compliance with ANSI N45.2.9, with the exception of those records which are generated on a day-to-day basis.
This date was to be made available along with a schedule of milestones by January 1,1979, as stated in your letter dated April 27, 1978. We further noted that your letter indicates that the " bulk of the single copy records" and not all single copy records will be in the vault by March 20, 1979. Our QA inspectors, who exited from your site on March 6,1979, left with the understanding that all your single copy records would be in the vault by April 1,1979.
Please advise us, in writing, by April 30, 1979, concerning your schedule of milestones, your date for full compliance with ANSI N45.2.9 and our understanding that all single copy records will not by in the vault by April 1, 1979.
