Based on a May 10, 1979 telephone conversation between our Mr. G. Napuda and your
Mr. D. Gaines it is our understanding that the records discussed in Paragraph 4
will :
be afforded the appropriate access control provisions of ANSI N45.2.9 dur-

ing temporary storage; and,
be stored in appropriate locations with respect to potential fire hazards
--
if retained temporarily beyond six months.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
