RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT 2022-002-00 CONTAINMENT SPRAY RECIRCULATION VALVE OUT OF POSITION WHICH RESULTED IN CONDITION PROHIBITED BY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITION WHICH COULD HAVE PREVENTED FULFILLMENT OF A SAFETY FUNCTION The enclosed Licensee Event Report (LER) is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B),

10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v)(C), and 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v)(D) to report a violation of Technical Specification 3.6.6, Containment Spray and Cooling Systems, and a condition which could have prevented fulfillment of the safety function of the Containment Spray System.

This letter does not contain new commitments.
