Enclosed is Licensee Event Report (LER) No. 1998-022-00: Failure to Perform Surveillance Testing Within the Specified Freauency Due to Data Input Error. This report is being submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.73.
This LER contains the following commitments:
- Updates made to the PPMPS database will be verified by a second individual for accuracy. This verification process will be reviewed on a periodic basis to determine the need for continued implementation.
