Reactor Coolant Leak Detection System - Inoperable, This report was iltitiated by Incident Report 81-486.

CONDITIONS PRIOR TO OCCURRENCE:

Mode 1 - Rx Power 70% - Unit Load 740 MWe DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:

On November 30, 1981, it was noticed that although the Auxiliary Alarm Typewriter would print, the carriage would not move, which rendered' Since the Auxiliary Alarm Typewriter provides the typewriter inoperable.
