Mode III - Rx Power 0% - Unit Load 0 MW DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
While performing Surveillance Procedure SP(0)4.6.1.3 on the Elevation 100 Containment Air Lock, it was determined that the leak rate exceeded the limit of 0.05 La at the design pressure of 47.0 psig as required by Technical Specification 3.6.1.3b.

DESIGNATION OF APPARENT CAUSE OF OCCURRENCE:
The outer door seal would not hold pressure.
ANALYSIS OF OCCURRENCE:
Upon investigation, it was determined that the outer door was not properly aligned causing the gasket to leak excessively.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
The outer door was centered and tested satisfactorily. The Action Statement was terminated at 2006 hours0.0232 days <br />0.557 hours <br />0.00332 weeks <br />7.63283e-4 months <br /> on May 26, 1981.
