Computer Services and curity I6C personnel analyzed the incoming data and identified the

. alarms f rom severa. nput points. omputer erv ces personnel corrected t e update problem on the backup computers by reinitializing the event manager program.

Corrective Action 3 s til the wet cable dried out. The same car was returne to t and no further problems have been experienced.

2. The situation with the wet cable was further evaluated. The problem area was isolated t which was determined to have leaked. Th as repaired.
3. The design of th as considered to be inadequate. This and similar have since been replaced with a new design .
