• Communicate LAR plans for Millstone, North Anna & Surry Power Stations EAL scheme changes

• Outline proposed LAR format and content

Current Licensing Basis Millstone Power Station

• MPS1(Defueled) - NEI 99-01, Draft Rev. 4

• MPS2 & MPS3 - NUMARC/NESP-007, Rev. 2 North Anna & Surry Power Stations

• NEI 99-01, Rev. 4 5 Nov. 20, 2018

Reason for the Changes

• Implement EAL scheme commonality for the Fleet

• Take advantage of EAL scheme benefits in Rev. 6 6 Nov. 20, 2018

Proposed EAL Changes

• Scheme change for all three sites to adopt the NRC endorsed NEI 99-01, Rev. 6 EALs

• One fleet LAR submittal for all three sites

• Differences will be indicated and justified

• Deviations associated with EP FAQs 2015-013, 2015-014 & 2016-002 justified / incorporated

• Site specific deviation associated with ICs AU1 &

SG1 justified 7 Nov. 20, 2018
