- These deviations pertain to the control of temperature within the ranges specified in the ASME code

- NRC staff reviewed Framatomes Part 21 evaluation for the first issue and determined there is no immediate safety concern for those basic components supplied to U.S. reactors
- A meeting to discuss the second PWHT issue is scheduled for May 19, 2020
