DPR-24 and DPR-27 Technical Requirements Manual Change Summary NEXT era POINT BEACH NRC 2016-0037 10 CFR 50.71(e) In accordance with 10 CFR 50. 71 (e), NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra), is submitting changes made to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Technical Requirements Manual (TRM). The enclosure contains the TRM change summary for the period January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. NextEra previously submitted the TRM change summary for January 1, 2014, through December31, 2014, on August 11, 2015 (ML15223B293).

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.

FOR 2015 Date of Affected Change Page(s) Summary 10/26/15 All New Core Operating Limits for Unit 1 Cycle 36. 10/15/15 All New Core Operating Limits for Unit 2 Cycle 35. 9/24/15 All References were updated in the Reactor Coolant System Pressure and Temperature Limits Report. 3/16/15 3.3.2-1 Leading Edge Flow Meter (LEFM). Changed "LEFM inoperable" to "LEFM non-functional" to reflect use of functionality vs. operability.

5/14/15 3.7.7-1, Removed reference to 1 P-29, turbine driven auxiliary 3.7.7-7, feedwater pump. This pump is no longer impacted by 3.7.7-9, Service Water limitations due to a station modification 3.7.7-13 that resulted in no longer using Service Water for pump bearing cooling. 11/20/15 3.7.7-13 Added "Amendments 199 and 204, Service Water," as a new reference.

9/24/15 4.18-4 Added NUREG-1022, 10 CFR 50.72, 10 CFR 50.73, and NextEra procedure Ll-AA-102-1001 as references for reporting requirements.
