This authority is established by the CollectedRules and Regulations of the University of Missouri. Within this authority, I intend to request thatfunds be made available as necessary for the SAFESTOR decommissioning of the propertiesowned by the University of Missouri. The current estimate of total decommissioning costs (2013$$) over the 30 year SAFESTOR period is $58.9 million. I intend to request and obtain thesefunds over this period sufficiently in advance of required activities to assure timely funding ofrequired activities.A copy of the University of Missouri Collected Rules and Regulations Section 70.010 is attachedas evidence that I am authorized to represent the University of Missouri in this transaction.Jacquelyn K.
