Written communication as specified by 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4) regarding the submittal of the "Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor" as a part of the process to renew Amended Facility Operating License R-103 The enclosed envelope contains correspondence that has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10 CFR *73.21(b)(1). Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390, we request that this correspondence be withheld from public disclosure.
