Written communication as specified by 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4) regarding the submittal of the "Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor" as a part of the process to renew Amended Facility Operating License R-103 The enclosed envelope contains correspondence that has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10 CFR
- 73.21(b)(1). Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390, we request that this correspondence be withheld from public disclosure.
No person may have access to SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10 CFR 73.21.
