Dear Madame or Sir,

As a 45 year year resident of Los Osos, along with my family, our collective comments urge the NRC not to Certify the above referenced document, and are focused on the two scientifically-reviewed and substantiated data points regarding:

1. Threats to Public Safety due to DCNPP's close proximity to myriad active, and historic earthquake faults.

An earthquake on one fault can set off a chain reaction leading to seismic levels, and consequent major radioactive releases, beyond the threshold for which DCNPP was designed and built to withstand.

The area of contamination may very well go beyond that of the Fukushima Disaster, the so-called, "No Go Zone," that has affected a population very similar to the entire county of San Luis Obispo.

2. Continued operation of DCNPP beyond the NRC's Original Closure Dates for Units 1 and 2 (2024 and 2025, respectively) will produce additional amounts of radioactive waste, beyond the capacity of safe storage levels; an additional abdication of the NRC's original approval documents.

For these reasons, I strongly urge the NRC to deny Certification of this Draft Supplemental Environmental Statement.
