Dear Christopher Domingos:

This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will conduct an Information Meeting with a Question and Answer Session on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDT at the Red Wing Public Library and via webinar. The Red Wing Public Library is located at 225 East Avenue, Red Wing, MN 55066. The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting. Specifically, members of the NRC will be available to discuss the assessment of Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plants performance. Northern States Power Company is encouraged to participate in this meeting.
