Dear Ms. Cindy Montgomery,

The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) is submitting revisions to previously submitted material in support of the license amendment request for the Digital Instrumentation and Control Upgrade (EPID L-2020-NFA-00 12). There are three principal documents being submitted:

  • Revision I of the License Amendment Request dated November I0, 2020
  • Revision I of Chapter 7 of the Safety Analysis Report dated November I0, 2020
  • Revi sion I of the Supplement to the License Amendment Request dated February 5, 2021 Since this submittal contains proprietary in formation, there are three versions of each document: ( I) a non-public version that has not been redacted, (2) a non-public version where the redactions have been marked but not applied and (3) a public version that has been redacted. The fourth (4) and last enclosure is the affidavit in support of the treatment of proprietary in formation. Therefore, there is a total of IO documents being submitted.
