13. Radioactive material used for industrial radiography shall only be used by the radiographers listed below or by radiographers' assistants under the direct' supervision and in the physical presence of the listed radiographer.

14. Sealed sources containing radioactive material shall not be opened.
15. Scaled sources of radioactive material, Nickel 63 foil, and/or plated alpha emitting sources shall be tested for leakage and/or contamination in accordance with ~the~ provision of Section 11.7 (c) of the Texas Regulations for Control of Radiation.
16. The licensee ~is authorized to receive, possess and use sealed sources of Iridium 192 where the radioactivity exceeds the maximum amount of radioactivity specified in Item 7 of this license provided:

A. such possession does not exceed the quantity per source specified in Item 7 by more than 20% for Iridium 192.

B. records of the~ licensee show that no more than the maximum amount of radioactivity per source specified in Item 7 of the license was ordered from the ' supplier or transferor of the byproduct material.

C. the levels of radiation from radiographic exposure devices and storage containers do not exceed those specified in Section 31.101 of TRC Part 31.

17. Pursuant to Texas Regulations for Control of Radiation, Part 41, the licensee is authorized to receive and possess up to 999 kilograms of Uranium used as shielding material in the radiography exposilre devices authorized by this license.

In cccordance with letter dated February 19, 1981, signed by Sam B. Wright, Li-conse No. 11-2176 is hereby amended as follows:

To change Conditions 13 and 18 to read:

13. Radioactive material used for industrial radiography shall only be used by radiographers and radiographer's assistants designated by Sam B. Wright and trained by Carl Mullins in accordance with the licensee's training program. No individual shall be designated as a radiographer until a TRC' Form 31-1,." Radiographer Radiation Safety Training Certifi-cation", has been submitted to the Agency by the licensee to. verify completion of the required radiatioit safety training.
18. Except as specifically provided otherwise by this license, the licensee shall possess and use the radioactive material authorized by this license in accordance with statements, representations, and procedures contained in application dated February 16, 1976, letter dated March 24, 1976, training program submitted with~1etter dated February 19, 1981 and al.1 correspondence amending the application whicli results in an amendment to the license.
