The amendment revises the Facility License in res'ponse to an application for amendment dated September 28,1998, as supplemented-November 17,1998, to reflect the change in the legal name of the licensee for the WTR from CBS Corporation Acting Through its Westinghouse Electric Company Division to I simply the CBS Corporation.
