ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT RELATED TO THE CHANGE IN THE NAME FROM WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION TO CBS CORPORATION AS APPLIED TO THE LICENSE OF THE WESTINGHOUSE TEST REACTOR (TAC NO. MA2135)
Dear Mr. Nardi:
Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your application for amendment dated December 22,1997, as supplemented June 15,1998. The proposed amendment would revise the possession only license for the Westinghouse Test Reactor at Waltz Mill to reflect the change in the legal name from the Westinghouse Electric Corporation to the CBS Corporation.
The Assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
