l As documemed by CBS Corporation's letter to the USNRC on September 7,1999, certain i
organizational changes will be taking place at the Waltz Mill Nuclear Service Center which would impact the Westinghouse Test Reactor Decommissioning Project as described in the l USNRC approved Decommissioning Plan. These changes along with a "No Significant Hazard Consideration" are documented in the referenced letter.
As discussed in several telephone conversations with Mr. Ted Michaels, in order to provide additior il clarifications and to accommodate minor editorial changes, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, j which provide proposed replacement pages to the Decommissioning plan and the Technical Specifications, are being submitted to replace similar pages previously transmitted in the above '
referenced letter.
